Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 15, 2025
Look, privacy policies are usually terrible. Wall-to-wall legalese that nobody reads. We're trying something different here - explaining what we do with your data in plain English.
What Information We Collect
When you book a strategy session or reach out for consulting work, we collect:
- Contact details: Name, email, phone number, company name
- Business information: Your casino's monthly revenue range, current marketing channels, player acquisition costs
- Communication records: Emails, call notes, project documentation
- Website analytics: Standard stuff like pages visited, time on site, traffic sources (via Google Analytics)
We don't track you across other websites. We don't sell your data to third parties. Period.
How We Use Your Information
Here's the deal - we use your data to:
- Deliver the consulting services you hired us for
- Send you campaign performance reports and strategy updates
- Improve our analytics frameworks based on aggregate client results
- Occasionally share case studies (always anonymized unless you approve otherwise)
- Send relevant industry insights if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime)
We won't spam you with sales pitches. If you're a client, you'll hear from us about your campaigns. If you signed up for our newsletter, you'll get monthly strategy breakdowns. That's it.
Data Security and Storage
Client data lives in encrypted cloud storage (AWS with SOC 2 compliance). Campaign analytics and financial projections get the same treatment.
Access is limited to team members directly working on your account. We use two-factor authentication and rotate credentials quarterly.
Sensitive financial data gets purged 90 days after project completion unless you request extended retention for reporting purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use a few tools to run the business:
- Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis (anonymized IP addresses)
- HubSpot: CRM and email communications
- Stripe: Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
- Zoom: Video consultations
Each has their own privacy policy. We picked vendors with strong data protection standards.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data anytime. Want it deleted? Done within 30 days (except records we're legally required to keep for accounting purposes).
California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU visitors are covered by GDPR. Both give you control over how your information is used.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we'll email active clients directly. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
