These Terms of Service govern your use of CasinoFlow's consulting services, digital resources, and website. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If something seems unclear, email us before proceeding.

Services Provided

CasinoFlow offers casino marketing consulting, strategy development, and campaign execution for licensed iGaming operators. Our services include:

  • 45-minute strategy sessions (complimentary initial consultation)
  • Monthly retainer-based consulting packages
  • Campaign development and implementation
  • Performance analytics and optimization
  • Market-specific compliance guidance

We work exclusively with licensed and regulated casino operators. All clients must provide proof of valid gaming licenses before engagement begins.

Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid gaming licenses in your operating jurisdictions
  • Providing accurate information about your business operations
  • Implementing recommendations in compliance with local regulations
  • Timely payment according to agreed terms
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary strategies we develop

We can't execute campaigns if you don't hold proper licenses. That's non-negotiable.

Payment Terms

Strategy sessions are billed upfront. Monthly retainers are due on the first of each month. Campaign budgets are invoiced separately and require 50% deposit before launch.

Late payments beyond 15 days pause service delivery. We've never had to enforce this, but it's there.

Results and Guarantees

We provide data-driven strategies based on 12+ years of casino marketing experience. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Too many variables - your product quality, license restrictions, market saturation - affect results.

What we do guarantee: honest analysis, strategic recommendations grounded in real-world testing, and transparent reporting on campaign performance.

Confidentiality

Your business data stays confidential. We don't share client information, campaign details, or performance metrics without written permission. Case studies are anonymized unless you explicitly approve attribution.

We expect the same discretion regarding our proprietary methodologies and strategic frameworks.

Termination

Either party can terminate monthly retainers with 30 days written notice. Active campaign budgets are non-refundable once media has been purchased. Strategy session fees are non-refundable after the session occurs.

Limitation of Liability

CasinoFlow's liability is limited to fees paid for services in the preceding 90 days. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or regulatory issues stemming from your implementation choices.

You're responsible for ensuring all marketing activities comply with your jurisdiction's gaming regulations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve or regulations change. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect.
